Create your combination:Select the beads according to your level. Insert them into the silicone harness (girdle). Apply awater-based lubricantand insert the device like a tampon, cord facing outwards.

Progression tip:Start with a single light pearl (28g). Once comfortable, move on to two light pearls, then mix light/heavy, finishing with the two heavy pearls (74g total).

Interview :Always remove the harness beads after use. Clean each element with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before storing.

How to choose between the "Classic" size and the "Mini" size?

The choice depends primarily on your anatomy and current muscle tone. Generally speaking, the versionMini (29 mm)is recommended for women under 30 or those who have never given birth vaginally. The versionClassic (35 mm)It's generally better suited to women over 30 or who have given birth, as it offers a better fit. However, the number one criterion remains your personal comfort.

What is the advantage of being able to change the weights of the balls?

The principle of perineal rehabilitation is thegradualJust like with dumbbells at the gym, starting with too heavy a weight is counterproductive. This modular system allows you to begin with the pink balls (28g) to master the technique without fatigue, then gradually incorporate the blue balls (37g) to increase resistance and continue to tone the muscle over the months.

Is it difficult to assemble the balls into the harness?

The harness (or "Girdle") is made of very soft and stretchy silicone. To insert a ball, simply stretch the silicone ring slightly and slide the ball in until it is securely in place. Make sure the ball is centered for optimal comfort. You can choose to use only one ring of the harness (for a single ball) or both, depending on your daily routine.

Can they be worn during a sports session (fitness, running)?

Yes, and it's even very effective for advanced users. Dynamic movements like running or fitness activities cause the internal balls to move more intensely, forcing your pelvic floor muscles to work harder to keep the device in place. However, if you're a beginner, start with gentle walking at home to prevent the balls from slipping or causing premature muscle fatigue.

Is there a risk that the balls will get stuck inside?

This is a common concern, but rest assured: it's anatomically impossible. The cervix acts as a natural, impenetrable barrier. If you have trouble removing them, relax (stress tenses muscles), squat down, and gently push with your abdominal muscles (as if you were having a bowel movement). The harness also has a strong retrieval cord to make removal easier.

Why is it important to disassemble the system for cleaning?

For optimal hygiene, it is crucial not to wash the system as is. Water and soap could become trapped between the plastic ball and the silicone harness, promoting bacterial growth. After each use, remove the balls from the harness, wash and dry each piece separately before reassembling or storing them in their pouch.
