Once your order is prepared, it is handed over to the chosen carrier. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the delivery method, and the time of year (peak season, holidays, etc.).

4. Estimated delivery times

For informational purposes only, delivery times after dispatch may be as follows:

  • 2 to 5 working days for mainland France with standard delivery;
  • 3 to 7 working days for some European countries;
  • Specific delivery times may apply for other destinations.

These delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs depend in particular on:

  • chosen delivery method;
  • country and delivery area;
  • weight or volume of the order.

The total delivery charges are clearly shown in your shopping cart before you confirm your order.

We may offer free delivery on a case-by-case basis or permanently for orders over a certain amount. If applicable, these conditions are specified on the website and in your shopping cart (e.g., “Free delivery on orders over [X] € in mainland France”).

6. Discretion & Packaging

Discretion is at the heart of the Prestige Sensuel experience. We pay particular attention to the presentation of your packages:

  • Neutral packaging, without explicit mention of the contents;
  • No direct reference to intimate accessories on the package;
  • Discreet and neutral sender name (may correspond to the company name).

Therefore, neither the delivery person nor people around you can deduce the exact nature of your purchases simply by looking at the package.

7. Order tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where permitted by the carrier, this email will contain:

  • a tracking number ;
  • a link to track your package online on the carrier's website.

This allows you to follow the different stages of the shipment until delivery.

8. Absence, unclaimed package or incorrect address

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the arrangements may vary depending on the carrier:

  • new delivery attempt;
  • drop-off at the nearest collection point;
  • Delivery notice for collection at an agency or post office.

If a package is not claimed within the time frame specified by the carrier, or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us. We will then be able to offer you:

  • reshipment of the package (additional charges may apply);
  • or, as the case may be, a partial refund of the products, less the initial delivery costs and any return costs charged by the carrier.

9. Delay or non-receipt of the order

If your order appears to be significantly delayed compared to the estimated delivery times, we invite you to:

  • check the online tracking of the package;
  • check the delivery address provided when placing the order;
  • check for any delivery notices or notifications from the carrier.

If, despite these checks, the package remains missing or undelivered, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] , indicating your order number. We will, if necessary, open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the outcome.

10. Damaged package

If upon receipt you notice that the package is visibly damaged (crushed, open, damaged box, etc.):

  • report it immediately to the carrier, ideally by noting your reservations on the delivery note;
  • Take photos of the package and its contents;

We will review your request and, if necessary, implement a suitable solution, in accordance with our terms and conditions and our refund & returns policy.

11. Taxes, customs duties and international deliveries

For deliveries outside your country of residence or outside the European Union (if applicable), additional customs duties or taxes may be applied by local authorities.

Any additional charges that may apply are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We encourage you to contact your country's customs authorities for more information.
